In December 2020, the WHO issued a manual aimed at the monitoring of the safety of the Covid-19 shots. The full name of the document is: Covid-19 vaccines safety surveillance manual. The autor of this article only recently discovered the existence of this very important document, after already having been active for years in the field of tissue analysis following the corona shot together with a Dutch foundation for biomedical auditing (BMRK). This was after a targeted search using the search term 'covid-19 vaccines safety manual'. The idea to search in this way stemmed from the knowledge that numerous international safety manuals exist in the aviation industry that prescribe what aviation companies must incorporate into their standard operating procedures. Perhaps the WHO has written such a safety manual regarding the corona shots? And indeed it has!

Why is that so important?

The manual states that new vaccine technology may be deployed about which we still have little knowledge. Therefore, argued entirely logically, it is extremely important that safety monitoring is properly set up. Paragraph 5 of chapter two, page 50, is titled: 'Deaths after immunisation'. The first sentence states: 'All countries must establish protocols to investigate death after covid-19 vaccination.' :

„All countries must establish protocols to investigate death after covid-19 vaccination.“

Subsequently, autopsy and targeted tissue examination are mentioned as preferred methods. As a tool to develop such a protocol, reference is made to a protocol that already existed at the time which was used for targeted investigation in cases of death in correlation with a corona infection. This protocol explicitly mentions the use of technology to stain specific proteins. This technique is called immunohistochemistry and has been widely applied since the 1980s.

Following communication with the Dutch Society of Pathology (NVVP), Agnes Kant of Lareb (Dutch registration of adverse events), and the Dutch Medicines Evaluation Board (CBG), it can be stated with certainty: to date, there is no protocol in the Netherlands for targeted tissue examination following death after the COVID-19 vaccine. Without human tissue examination following the COVID-19 vaccine, it is impossible to properly determine the effects of these injections on people's bodies. The fact that this examination, which is so obvious to experts in the field, has not been carried out demonstrates the failure of the medical academy and the healthcare institutions of the Netherlands. It is a criminal failure of the duty of care. This is not something that was forgotten during the turbulent COVID-19 years, but something that, given the content of the safety manual and common sense, was willfully and knowingly not carried out.

The limited number of publications on this specific subject suggests that the guidelines in the aforementioned WHO manual have not been followed worldwide. This demonstrates the unnecessary endangerment of billions of lives, something that can only be interpreted as a crime against humanity.

How it is possible that very important and obvious instructions from a WHO safety manual have not been followed in a modern Western country such as the Netherlands is a matter that must be investigated to the bottom and for which absolute accountability must be given. To bring this to the attention of the Dutch parliamentary inquiry committee, a demonstration was held in front of the door in The Hague on June 5 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Three arriving members of the committee were briefed for five minutes about the lack of pathological investigations. The action has been recorded and circulated on social media. The BMRK foundation has sent a follow-up letter to the committee. If the committee and responsible authorities do not provide sufficient follow-up to the subject, legal proceedings will be considered.

In recent years, targeted tissue research following the covid-shots was carried out by a few courageous German researchers. Among them was Professor Pathology Arne Burkhardt (79), who died in 2023 after unexpectedly falling into the water. Burkhardt examined the tissues of approximately one hundred people who died unexpectedly after receiving the covid-shot. Burkhardt observed a pattern of multiple inflammations in their tissues in the presence of spike protein and the absence of another coronavirus-related protein; this is a strong indication that the inflammations are linked to the spike protein produced by body cells based on the injected genetic instruction. Burkhardt considered it likely that the vaccination played a role in the deaths of three-quarters of the deceased examined. When asked what the Dutch Society for Pathology thinks of Burkhardt's results, secretary Vincent Smit replied: “I am not impressed.” To the question of whether the NVVP, as a professional group, has an academic responsibility to perform this specific tissue examination, the answer was: “We are a demand-driven organization.” A significant role can lay by the fact that health insurance ceases upon death. Pathology examinations after death are paid for from the hospital budget, and this is clearly an anti-incentive to conducting research. Agnes Kant (director of the dutch adverse events registration) stated in a personal conversation that autopsy and tissue examination are difficult because families generally do not want them. The experience of the BMRK foundation is different. In collaboration with German scientists, several bereaved relatives have been guided to investigate the death of their loved ones in greater depth. This involves collaboration with the German pathologist Michael Mörz from Dresden and the German research lab Inmodia.de.
